Here at AJB Chiropractic we use our unique, tried and tested approach to healthcare to give you the very best results we can, time and time again. We’re based opposite North Tyneside General Hospital in North Shields, which is easily accessible via the A19, so no matter where you’re coming from, we’re easy to find and have plenty of onsite parking right outside.
Our clinic has always been family-run and we pride ourselves on that. We are dedicated to giving you the best care we possibly can, all with a friendly smile, a good chat and if you’d like to stick around for a while, a cuppa and a biscuit or two.

How we can help
The back is very mobile but because of that there is an inherent instability throughout the area, meaning the vast majority of us will have back pain at some point in our lives.
Neck pain can be down to many different things, from a trapped nerve, a pulled muscle, a joint that is inflamed, multiple other things, or even a few of them together.
When suffering with headaches, its important to remember there are many different headaches types and many different headache causes.
The shoulder is an inherently unstable joint because of the range of movement required, and because of that, they are very complex to assess, diagnose and fix.
We have a fantastic success rate treating and improving patients posture. We find the very root cause of the problem and correct it, the same as with other health conditions.
When we think of the worst type of back pain, this is generally what we think of. We have had much success in treating sciatica.
